Safety is our absolute top priority. We use padded training areas and age-appropriate equipment. Martial arts is statistically one of the safest youth sports available.
What should my child wear to their first class?
For their first class, your child should wear comfortable athletic clothing, like a T-shirt and shorts or leggings, that allows them to move freely.
Does my child need any prior experience?
Absolutely not! Every martial arts champion started as a complete beginner. Our instructors are trained to work with all skill levels and will make your child feel welcome and capable from their very first class.
